The Working Group "Perspectives of the creation of the National Virtual Obervatory of Ukraine (UkrVo) will be held at the Main Astronomical Observatory NAS of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine) on the June 25, 2009, in the network of the 100th anniversary's celebration of E.P.Fedorov

The Agenda proposed:
|
1. Structures and organizational, methodical and scientific principles of virtual observatories.
|
| 2. The conception of the National virtual observatory of Ukraine (UkrVO) and the present astroinformatic resources of the astronomical institutions of Ukraine |
- - photographic astronomical glass archives (the end of Õ²Õ - the start of ÕÕ)
- - archives of spectral observations (stars, the Sun, galaxies, planets) in the optical and radio wave bands
- - catalogues and databases of celestial objects with geodynamic databases included
- - virtual observatories in Roentgen and gamma diapasones (VIRGO.UA in particular )
- - other sources of astrospace information ( including educational ones, ecyclopedia, world databases' mirrors as well )

| 3. Current status of the UkrVO development |
- (presentations of representatives from astronomical institutions of Ukraine, potentially capable or are being planned to form the regional segments of the National virtual observatory)
- Discussion on the prospects of the National virtual observatory creation and its membership in the International VO Alliance.
